surprisingly good!

Surprisingly good episode! When I first saw the title Animal ESP I thought get out of here. BUT when I watched Animal ESP the though was lodged into my mind is there a mental connection between a pet and the owners? Could the animal be reading the owners verbal cues, and or reacting from past experiences? There were experiments, interviews, reenactments and narration mixed perfectly for the episode. How's does an animal find the owner who moved thousand miles away? Is there a bond? The footage of pets intermingling with the owners with un- conditional love was memorable. Animal ESP had no concrete evidence for the phenomena, but raises many questions. Eight out of ten stars.

Love Those Animals

Heartfelt episode explores the bond that exists between animals and their human guardians is a wonderful viewing experience for animal lovers of all persuasions, as researchers use harmless experiments to test the reputed psychic connection between them, that can manifest itself through imagery and feelings. Just how this bond exists is not determined, but the positive results speak for themselves, as cats, dogs, and horses are profiled, and this poignant episode is quite effective and memorable, which will hopefully inspire others to adopt a shelter pet from their area, since the companionship and unconditional love received will be worth it.

In Search Of... "Animal ESP" (1979)

The subject of this episode deals on whether or not owners can mentally communicate with their pets. We hear about several different cases where people believe that animals were able to communicate with their human owners and vice versa. We also hear from a doctor doing experiments trying to determine if the ESP is possible. This isn't the greatest episode that the series has ever had but if you're a fan then there will be enough here to keep you entertained but I think animal lovers or those who actually believe in the subject will be the ones to find it the most entertaining. The interviews are certainly very good but I just didn't find the subject to be all that great.
