Don Filemon is a man who is the owner of "Skimo". Fito and Tavo work there and that place is called that way 'cause "Skimo" is the name of the drink that the sell. This drink is made of milk, ice cream and some other stuff. Fito is a silly and crazy boy, and Tavo's best friend. Tavo is kinda obsessed with cleaning everything, and he's in love with Ursula, who's also Fito's friend. There are also Nora and Nori, the twins, always trying to destroy Skimo. The woman who cooks, Fatima is a lovely woman. Mucho Mucho works in Skimo, and he's called that way 'cause he does a lot of things there ( Mucho means "a lot"). And there's also this weird kid, Shi. He never talks, and he's always playing video games. Really crazy and fun. Skimo, the coolest place of the neighborhood!
