Nowadays, everyone seems to be boo-who-wing . . .

. . . the imminent demise of the bees. However, MR. KNOW-IT-ALL: HOW TO CATCH A BEE AND MAKE YOUR HONEY HAPPY exposes these nefarious stinging demons for the infernal dangers they actually pose to Humanity. During HONEY, Bullwinkle gets stung for no good reason. Anyone who's been similarly attacked while innocently removing their swimsuit from an outside clothesline will instantly sympathize with America's favorite antler-sporting hero. Bees can have no earthly excuse for infesting swimsuits. Just imagine the horrible pain and injury that may result if such a stinging miscreant manages to stay concealed until you're pulling your beachwear over some extremely sensitive and private parts! None of the famous swimsuit models will be shedding any tears when the world's last surviving bee finally bites the dust!

The question uppermost in the average viewer's mind . . .

. . . will be "How does the Box Top Robbery stack up against the opening serial of Bullwinkle: Season One--namely, The Jet Fuel Formula Saga?" At first glance, Box Top seems diminished in stature--more like a space-filler or afterthought for a dream team that's run out of steam. Problems begin with the title of part one, which is not in keeping with any of the other serial headings. "Box Top Robbery" not only lacks an "or" connecting it with an alternative title, but it is also a mere repetition of the overall serial's identifier. How unimaginative is that? Show runners need to keep in mind that you only get one chance to make a good first impression. Box Top Robbery totally flubs its opportunity.

I Wonder if Many People Remember the Box Top Thing

At the World Economic Council meeting, it is revealed that the world's economy is teetering because of the counterfeiting of Boxtops. There was a time in our country when people collected boxtops and traded them in for products. Now a counterfeiter (Boris, of course) is wiping out entire grocery stores, drug stores, hardware stores, etc. The FBI is called in. Unfortunately, Bullwinkle has been collecting the things forever and has even inherited some from his late uncle. He is arrested because he is in possession of so many. This is the lead in to the next series of episodes.

The Aesop story is the Hare and the Tortoise. It isn't the one we know but rather a study of an eating disorder as the Hare can't stop gobbling up everything in sight. He falls into disfavor with the tortoise when he request he be fired from the grocery store for his slow delivery time.

Dudley Do Right continues to arrest Snidely Whiplash but the slimy villain always get away. He ends up kidnapping most of the Mounties, Inspector Fenwick, Nell, and, most of all, Dudley's horse. Dudley is trusted to save the day and bumbles his way to a conclusion.
