Bhopal: The Search for Justice (2004)

*** 1/2 (out of 4)

Hard hitting documentary takes a look at the 1984 chemical leak in Bhopal, India, which killed over ten-thousand people at the time and continues to kill people today who were in contact with the chemical cloud twenty years ago. What's even more shocking is that the American company behind this tragedy has yet to pay anything to those injured. This was a pretty hard documentary to watch because a lot of the people originally killed were young children and we get some photos and some video of the actual event, which shows young kids with their eyes bleeding, faces melted off and in many cases dead in the streets. The documentary makers also talk about how this event wasn't much different than 9/11 yet nothing has been done over this tragedy.
