A dispute with the rubbish collection men leads to an encounter with a Council pen pusher.
This was very funny, I loved how things escalated from a simple, minor annoyance into something much bigger. As episode which was very much of its time, with Industrial disputes and walk outs common place throughout The UK. Lots of laughs, and moments of frustration, this was very good.
It's a comedy that has relevance over forty years later, put a black bag too many out, and you get an offensive label attached informing you that you're only allowed three bags.....
It's about the first time that we see the pair present a united front.
