Merry Christmas Hope
Zaid_Khoury14 December 2019
Warning: Spoilers
I'm going to start this with saying this week's episode is better than the last one, felt like a filler but it was a special episode, Clark and Hopes chemistry was very nice, Clark just wants to be a human without the hold of his father controlling him and terrifying him, they just misunderstand that he's not a bad guy, just a messed up father that wants to eat every monster alive.

The scene where Santa Claus kicks butt was awesome. Kick Ass Santa, to add on this Kaleb is such an underrated character, has a nice voice cool personality and is actually funny, i'm glad they're starting to show more since he got added as a series regular (well deserved.) finally Josie, you knew that Landon would choose Hope as i said in my last episode its always been Hope, they fell in love instantly, you were a rebound girl, you're very nice and perfect but you're not meant to be with him.

Landon chooses Hope, "finally", the ending was so surprising what does the Necromancer have todo with this? Didn't they say 1 monster at a time or is it now more than one, so many questions need to be answered.

My hope for next episode, hopefully they move on from the love triangle, no jealousy, no sabotage and no betrayal. One month till next episode, Hope everyone has an amazing Christmas and a Happy New Year.

A nice episode, I love it plot-wise, although again, and I have this feeling about all TVD franchises' Christmas episodes, I just can't find the holiday spirit in them! They're rather spooky to me!

I love you Hope Mikaelson

Warning: Spoilers
Legacies' Christmas special is such a great episode! Hope and Clarke's hero/villain dynamic has been a very underrated part of the show in my opinion and I loved seeing more of it. Santa Claus fighting Krampus was hilarious and something I never could've imagined we'd see in TVDU. Lizzie driving all the way to North Carolina to bring back Landon was amazing and her scenes with Sebastian were great! Rafael meeting his dad is something that is so perfect for his character and I'm happy we have a little backstory for him now. Also, Landon ending things with Josie was surprisingly heartbreaking, Aria & Kaylee killed it in that scene! The ending of the episode was incredible too. Landon and Hope getting back together, telling each other "I love you" & kissing under the mistletoe made my Handon heart explode!! As for Clarke, he got seemingly killed by the mysterious red hood, who turns out to be THE ALMIGHTY NECROMANCER! Definitely did not see that reveal coming..

Such a fun, emotional, & shocking mid-season finale!

THAT ENDING!!!
paulchristechgod8 January 2020
The episode was really random.Cringy at some moments and very strong in others.Storylines from the first half were strongly resolved and that reveal was the definition of Ming blowing!!!.I mean at the moment I knew that the big bad was going to be a known character but they gave spotlight to one of the most underrated villains from season 1, which is nice.Oh and the malivore pit closing when Ryan's head was thrown in,really the darkest ending the show has done so far. Finally as legacies ventures into it's second half it will dig into darker depths and plot twists.Never been this stoked for a vampire show,Can't wait for 2B!!!!

Witches don't celebrate Christmas
MstrsRaina6 May 2020
One thing that I liked about vampire diaries and the originals is that they didn't bring Christian and catholic ideas into the series. Why? Negate witches don't celebrate catholic and Christian holidays. It would be so nice in people who actually directed and wrote super natural shows would actually put the real holidays in there. This is why our country only acknowledges one religion. It would be great if people would actually put in the real holidays celebrated by the actual religion or spirituality instead of everything always having to be Christian based. Writers try putting in the real holidays to expand people ls knowledge
