Really good episode. The pace, twists and turns, shocks and CGI was really good. This is a very underrated series and deserves more credit than it gets.

I feel like it touches every single important point be it from Slavery and discrimination to women being empowered and caged aswell.

Some really good acting from Cara, she has been great as Vignette this whole season. The same can be said for Orlando Bloom who has totally gone into his character. He seems a changed man in this role you can't recognise that the guy is Orlando Bloom.

This second season has really upgraded and improved upon the earlier one and I'm hoping it keeps getting better and finishes strong.

Warning: Spoilers
TL;DR keep brief. **slight spoilers ahead** I can't believe this show invested time into a really annoying B-plot with Jonah Breakspear and Sophie Longerbane to end it--just like so--absolute no fanfare. I get that series two is the end of this show so tidy up but why did we get more of Jonah's whinging and love lost lorn looks at his sister Sophie and plots within plots, trying to figure if all the scheming for power. For 13 EPISODES--to what end? Why let the boy kill off Jared Harris?! There's no Chancellor plot regardless!!

The only takeaway so far is incest is for the most deplorable of selfish, there's no way to end the storyline in any other fashion. And the woman with ambition... is even lower rung... really....
