Sex & Nudity
-
- One of the members of the Pretty Boy Detective Club refuses to wear the usual uniform and modifies his to very revealing shorts. On occasion he strikes out provocative leg poses but nothing in sexual nature; just to look cute.
- A common running gag in the series is the rumour about a highly respectable individual in the school being a lolicon as he has an arranged marriage with a first grader. This is not meant to be taken seriously and is only used as a joke.
Violence & Gore
-
- Some physical conflict between characters such as tugging and playful punching, though nothing too worrisome.
Profanity
-
- "Hell" is used by one of the characters frequently
- A notable scene features a first-grader calling the protagonist a "whore" because she crossdresses in order to participate in a club with boys.
- Mild swearing and some offensive name-calling, but nothing more than that.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
-
- The Pretty Boy Detective Club infiltrates a casino for juniour high students, in which references to alcohol and gambling are made throughout. Nothing worth noting.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
-
- In the first episode the main character falls off the railing to a astronomical observatory due to being frightened by a boy. The boy saves her and she is not hurt, though due to the scene taking place within the first minute of the show it can seem quite abrupt.
- Whenever a big reveal is made about a mystery, the scene is generally quite intense and shocking, especially for younger audiences, as there are almost never any blatant implications hinting at it.
- Some of the art style changes can be quite weird looking, though due to the show's overly aesthetic approach to animation and presentation, it's usually not too unsettling. The main character's monologues can sometimes be sad as she is extremely self-deprecating.

Frightening & Intense Scenes
- In particular, the 'The Swindler, the Vanishing Man, and the Pretty Boys' arc features a shadow-like figure looming over one of the characters, which can be frightening. The scene is rather intense as our protagonist is trying to figure out if what they're seeing is real.
