So, we get some more focus on the ongoing Parker family dramas.Steve seems a bit ready to come round to Miranda's point of view.She has a point about not letting their grandchild be brought up by strangers but Bridget's argument that Miranda cares more about the baby than her seems accurate as well.It's easier to sympathise with Declan, not wanting Bridget to take his chance to be a father away from him, although his confrontation with Bridget suggests he hasn't really thought through the consequences.With Harold having given their home away, it's uncertain where Rebecca and Declan are going to go now.Back to Lassiter's, I guess.
Rachel and Ty's singing storyline finally seems to be drawing to a close.Once more Rachel's singing is hideously overdubbed and even more inappropriately than last time...it's presumably meant to be tentative but this is conveyed more with facial expressions than the power ballad soundtrack.Nice to see Zeke approaching his old self with his memories returning and it's great how he's the only person on Rachel's side.I'm tempted to say the celebrity cameo is meaningless to anyone outside Australia but I suspect I wouldn't know who he was even if I was Australian so he's probably more famous than I think.
