Warning: Spoilers
Warning do not read unless seen episode.

This is the last in the Black Moon sister arc and of course it's Petz and Calaveras next. It's a shame Sailor Moon never had some sort of spin off anthology series because I honestly would like to know more of what happened to all the sisters afterward and before, same can be said about a lot of other supporting characters from the series. Oh, well there is of course the realm of Fanfiction which we'll have to settle for.

The only drawback to this episode is I feel certain things happened or were handled a little fast. Like I would have liked to of seen a little more internal conflict going on with Petz with that new wand she has, like maybe it has nasty side effects that make her look and act more inhuman. Let alone the fight between the Senchi and both sisters could have been longer. But due to the length of the episode these things couldn't be helped so oh well.

I really like that once again it's really the Black Moon sisters that are in a way the real main characters and the Senchi really are just supporting characters by the nature of the arc. Once again both sisters Petz and Calaveras, just like their other sisters Koan and Berther, they're not evil but are victims of misleading, from Rubeus and the scum he serves.

Really like both characters as both are hot, look great in their outfits and um other things, well you get how I feel about the Black Moon sisters anyway. I like the different personas of both characters from Calaveras who is aggressive but has an elegance to it. Petz is someone that is a mature beauty, down to earth.

Unfortunately, both sisters are unable to seek out the truth as they are once again being misled and manipulated by Rubeus and the dark forces. Both sisters take the leaving to Koan and Berther as a betrayal not just to the clan but also them. That is where they are wrong, for one thing the black moon clan isn't worth being loyal to as they no know loyalties except for themselves. The other thing is the sisters have all been betrayed from the very beginning by the clan; they've twisted their minds into thinking the pursuit of power creates sisterhood. But this is incorrect as the pursuit of power is a fool's pursuit because power is fleeting and it never creates sisterhood nor community, it instead creates isolation and destitution.

That betrayal continues as we see Rubeus gives both sisters a particular wand to increase their powers and an opportunity to avenge their clan and prove their loyalty. Of course, we see a scuffle and it seems like both sisters are getting the upper hand, but then something happens as we see Petz turns on Calaveras. From this Calaveras learns the hard way that both her sisters Koan and Berther were right as that power they served and fought for has finally turned. There is a good deal of suspense as we see that wand is making Pertz completely out of control and we're hoping both the Senchi and Black Moon sisters will be able to free her from the evil wand's grip and common sense and love will kick back into Petz.

Of course, as you can guess it does happen but then we discover unfortunately there was a contingency plan that Rubeus installed some sort of destructive measure onto the wand, which would suck in and kill just about everyone within its perimeter. Hearing about this just grinded my gears even more as it just showed how truly heartless, shallow, and selfish he is, as he cares nothing for the sisters or anyone.

I really like that the episode, in fact the whole arc is on the theme of sisterhood. From the Senchi's actions in protecting and saving the Black Moon sisters and each other. But also, just simply the decisions and actions from the Black Moon sisters as each of them choose love over power. And we see it was a wise choice from them as we see in the end the dark power fell into the abyss, and love and true sisterhood prevailed as their power is endless and eternal.
