Good things developing; need to trim some fat though.
Steve_Holt_2 January 2022
The scene between Johnny and Miguel was so moving and sad all at the same time. Great scene.

I'm glad the LaRussoes are finally be called out for their bad parenting.

Miyagi-Do continues to strike first and feel sorry for themselves after.

I think the John Kreese thing is getting a little out of hand. Am I confused or is he supposed to be the good guy of Cobra Kai now? They cant keep bringing in people to be bad just so we can watch them become good. Let's just keep the prime focus on the characters who've been carrying the show.

The Return of the King
TheRockson1 January 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Stingray came back! The stingray god is back!!! The king returns to his throne.

Ok getting back to normal,

it was a good episode but with one big problem: Miguel and Sam. I didn't like them in the episode, I really didn't. Sam was really annoying! And Miguel was meh.

In the part where Sam kicked Tory, I paused the episode in the frame where the kick hit her, looked at the wall and thought, Why? For what ?

Why another fight? Why didn't she just keep quiet in her corner, I could have just told her, I don't know, to make fun of her? Confront her without aggression?

Soon after, it was followed by a wonderful fight (jokes aside) and they fell into the pool, then they stopped fighting like that... But at least I got one thing: The end of the couple that I never liked. At least I think it was the end...

Now, for the rest of the episode, the scenes at Daniel's family house were fun, Anthony finally becoming a good person (at least that's what I want to happen) and that guy's sister forgot his name, Daniel's relative, It's been fun too.

The scene involving Johnny, Terry and Kreese were intense, in the end Johnny in the background, Miguel helping him and the emotional charge that this scene went through when Johnny spoke Robby's name at the end of the sentence, Miguel crying... Exciting.

I loved Robby and Tory together, although I really didn't like the previous couples featured on the show, I really liked this one. From the dance to the car scene at the end of the episode, they have chemistry.

And I'll say it again: Poor falcon...

Another great episode
nima-nk102 January 2022
Cobra kai is one of the few shows that i still really enjoy. I know many others feel the same. It really elevated the karate kid franchise and in season 4, still living up to its own name. You know what you're in for when you start watching the show and if you haven't quit yet then it's either because it works for you or you're not value your time and watch shows just to whine and complain about them. There is too much whining going on in today's geek culture and it needs to stop. It's not just limited to one side. People need to stop whining about non-existing problems.

Pretty solid
umlaziking9 January 2022
This episode was pretty good...but definitely had some issues. Sam is just an irritating spoiled brat...and Miguel was just kinda boring. So overall this episode is pretty solid and obviously setting up for more that is to come.

Better than others say
lismarie10143 January 2022
This show continues to be good! There are teenagers in the show and they do have more of a life then just karate. This season just shows more of who they are. It shows the kids there are lessons to learn if they do things wrong. Still a great show!

Prom Mayhem
mycannonball13 January 2022
Awesome episode. Really fun stuff with the teens and the prom and the rivalry and unresolved issues. This episode also has its touching moments with Johnny & Miguel and with Johnny's demons and ongoing internal struggle. The strongest episode of the season. And Stingray!!!

Loved it!

Warning: Spoilers
I got quite teary at the end of this one, what with Miguel thinking he's been playing second fiddle to Robby all along in the eyes of his girlfriend & his Sensei too. The development of Kenny's character as the bullied boy who's starting to bite back is also very interesting to follow.

One of the most emotional moments in the show...
DanteMonteverde20 August 2022
Warning: Spoilers
"I love you too Robby" probably one of the best and most emotional scenes in the show, episode gets a 10 for that. Then you have all the other amazing moments, with the return of the king (stingray), Terry Silver beating the crap out of stingray, the prom fight, Robby and Tory's kiss (probably one of the best couples in the show imo). Solid episode.

Perfection

Easily the best episode so far as the storyline builds more into the tournament/finale. Such an emotional, thrilling, and exciting episode that I would watch back at anytime.

Well for the Soap Opera auidence.
mm-394 February 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Party time is for the soap opera teenage female audience. Party Time is more like an old Save by the bell episode. Their is female jealousy. Neither female character can just get over the old flame. Both gals bring the others old flame to the prom. The prom boils until the plot boils over. Well hooky, pooky, Karate mixed into a Saved by the Bell episode. Teenage pranks, parent infighting, and the weird old guy, and the creepy house party is for the younger audience. What is with the weird old guy? I see a plot twist here! Not the best episode, but a must watch for the plot twist. Silly series, with a silly episode. 6 stars.

STINGRAY!!!
leonien-1520817 January 2022
Warning: Spoilers
He's one of my favorite characters, maybe even my favorite. He steals the show in every scene he appears and he played an important role in the show. Miguel was whiny and Sam unlikable as always but with Stingray having so much screen time, I had to give it a 10/10.

ONCE UPON A TIME....
jreeders5185 January 2022
This was a good idea for a show, for kids about kids. Most of these "kids", are in their mid twenties........The episode after episode of teen angst from people who haven't been teens in years is ridiculous.

Cringe worthy at its highest
asbr040112 January 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Dance fighting, then everyone starts laughing like nothing happened. Torie and Robby learning perfect choreography at the prom with no practice, Sam and Miguel's cringe responses throughout the episode. This one sucked big time.

They dropped the bar...
warnerdang3 February 2022
Warning: Spoilers
By far the worst episode of the series. Had so much expectation based on the title taken from the line in Karate Kid III. What we got instead was poor writing, hammy acting and a mishmash of every know teenage angst trope used over the last twenty years.

The only redeeming value was the much needed character development and exploration of the son.

Not Too Many Spoilers Really But Still (Emperor Vs Luke)
TheFearmakers1 January 2022
Warning: Spoilers
There seems to be a party episode in every CK season. This one features a callback from Stingray... an old dude who hangs out with high schoolers who in real life would try and keep trying to score with underaged girls, but he's such a comic relief here, as reminded to himself and the audience by Creese when kicking him out of the dojo, there's nothing to fear really... he's just another cluttered aspect of an already overly saturated season where Johnny and Daniel are almost entirely lost in the mix (meanwhile there's a scene where Terry and Johnny face off while Creese, as Darth Vader watching his son being beaten up by the Emperor, watches with an unsure expression). Of course like all parties 1980's style it ends up with a pool leaping contest and... I don't know... this season has too many cooks.

So bad
Calicodreamin2 January 2022
Why on earth did such a good show take a nose dive into high school drama and poor writing? This whole episode is cringe. The petty fighting, the drama, acting like these kids are 25 and not 17.

Worst Episode So Far...
mmarchetti-9651521 February 2022
Warning: Spoilers
The episodes have been slipping a bit, but this was by far the worst. I get wanting to throw in a plot twist but there were like 5 plot twists; all of which were completely not set up. The worst part of it is some of them could have been decent if done right - especially the Miguel and Johnny scene. It was over before I could wrap my head around the implausibility of Johnny going on a weird binge after walking straight into an obvious ambush.

Oh GOD Stingray is back!
ivantepo876 January 2022
Warning: Spoilers
There is nothing more that I hate about this show is that character and actor. When this guy appeared again it was a 0 stars rating right away. I seriously don't like that character and actor.

Ugh!
betanslivka2 September 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Worst episode ever. This one surpasses fiction and enters the realm of fantasy. First we have two teenagers, who haven't bought tickets decide on the day of the prom to go together. At the prom they put on a show, even though they've never danced together before. A creepy adult (Stingray) reenters their lives and invites them to party at a house he doesn't own. His neighbor shows up threatening to call the police, and even after he gets beat up and a serious and noisy fight breaks out, no one else in the neighborhood bothers to call them.

Most of the adults act like juveniles and the teenagers look like they're about 30. Almost everyone comes across as creepy, especially Robby when he's mooning over Tory.

Was there anything to like about this episode? Daniel finally acts like an adult and it has a positive effect on his son and the scene at the end between Johnny and Miguel was very moving.
