"Mix booze with a bunch of ignorant racists, it can happen anywhere"
skteosk9 February 2010
Warning: Spoilers
This episode handles the riot that sprung up out of nowhere at the end of the previous episode a lot better. For a start, if you concentrate really hard, there is actually an explanation for why it happened:they were drawn there by the rally Ruby kept going on about. So, yes, she sparked off a race riot and it's all her fault. The Bay's menfolk get to show a fair bit of courage, although the women mostly just cower in the kitchen.Alf gets angry and pretty much causes Geoff's injuries, John gets angry and doesn't really achieve anything, Miles gets clever and pretty much saves the day.Leah's shut down completely and it's not looking good.

Mink becomes more and more unlikeable every time she does something. Romeo must have rocks in his head to have told her about the money and neither he nor Xavier seem to be particularly bothered about her stealing some of it.Not doing a good job of using it for good then.

Miles and Rabbit's relationship continues to be brilliant and Rabbit's precognitive abilities are one of those nice supernatural story lines that the show does quite well.Their final scene, with him comforting her about her visions, is rather touching.
