The acting was on point. The connection and love between Father and Son was portrayed beautifully. As a short film, they achieved telling the story-line without choppiness. It was fluid and fulfilling. The direction, the setting, the props and wardrobe all combined into a perfect recipe...everything seems to have just fallen into place and evoke the emotions the movie intended, although we know these things don't just fall into place! This is one of those films that for some reason you really like the "villain" (in this case, a dead-beat dad that runs around town teaching his son bad behavior). Getting your audience to root for the bad guy is not an easy task. Its apparent a lot of effort went into this excellent film. What else is there to say? Its a great movie (except that scraggly beard on the dad, haha)!
