The Cinema Snob (2009)

"Porno Holocaust"

In this now long-running series, writer-director Brad Jones play the title character, the Cinema Snob, a mainstream or high art critic who decides to review some of the most notoriously bad movies ever made. Since the original episode this series has grown to have a very high cult following and fans from around the world.

The second episode of the series took a look at Joe D'Amato's bizarre and awful mix of horror and porn. PORNO HOLOCAUST, as the Cinema Snob so rightly puts it, is one of the worst movies of its type and the critic perfectly nails everything that is wrong with the movie. If you've seen the actual movie in question then you're going to be cracking up at this review because it's so spot-on. Talking. Sex. Talking. Sex. Talking. Sex. Nearly two-hours of it. Even the strongest Italian horror fans have a hard time sitting through this one. The jokes this time out are extremely funny and makes for a very good time. In fact, this episode is so funny that for a brief second I thought about watching the actual movie again. Now that would be painful.
