It's hard not to feel manipulated by this one.Sid is made to look like the bad guy because he's the only person who has a problem with his daughter's boyfriend cheating on her.Even his daughter isn't particularly bothered and makes sly cracks that imply he's cheated on Marilyn when he hasn't done anything of the sort.To this end, he has to run around saying he's cheating again because he saw him talking to another girl and end up looking like a fool.In the end, Romeo and Indi reunite and are soon busy consummating on his boat.In isolation, their scenes are quite good but it's hard to shake the memory of not only why they split up but also the fact they took it turns to be childish and irritating when they were together.
The other plot line sees Gina being a bit sour and deciding Xavier can't go to a concert, leading to some showdowns with childhood friend Vanessa. It's hard to shake the feeling that there's a much more interesting story going on off screen, with mentions of Brendan and parties on the beach, but at least the show finally lets Xavier be eighteen.
