The rest of this show is Stanley exploring every day Italian life, bit he then goes to London and just explores a bunch of rich people restaurants with the trademark English complete lack of soul or character. This episode was awful and kinda felt like a betrayal.

What a big disappointment. London? Italian food. OF COURSE there are good Italian restaurants in London - there are good/great Italian restaurants in a host of countries around the world! France, Venezuela, Colombia, etc., etc. And, in the U. S., of course, one simply can go to NYC, Chicago, San Francisco, New Orleans, LA, Seattle . . . Etc. And, in the first five minutes of this debacle of an episode, he praises the selection of regional food in London - big deal! EVERY city/country I mentioned has regional Italian food. The POINT OF THIS SERIES, Stanley, is to go to REGIONS IN ITALY, not regional restaurants in the city you happen to live in now! Lazy, perhaps? Unable to visit, perhaps? Then just say so. I'll revisit when you go to the region of Molise, which would be unbelievable for you since you probably haven't visited the least-visited region in Italy, right? Pretty good food from there, though. Maybe next week we can do Italy in Omaha. Idiot.
