Although there's a few scene about Irene's karaoke, this is mostly focused on the investigation into Stu's death. The only respite is a subplot involving Ruby's resentment towards Brax, which pleasingly doesn't go down the expected route and have a big gesture of forgiveness, as Ruby finds that seeing Brax's point of view isn't enough to forgive him.
In the meantime, both Xavier's place and the Walker farm are searched. It's a shame there's so much focus on Romeo:Despite a pleasing if slightly confusing use of continuity, with his stepfather now being referred to as his father, he isn't the most interesting of characters, his tantrum is just plain embarrassing and his hatred of Stu's just come out of nowhere.Dexter's mistrust of Sid is nicely contrasted with Indi's belief in him and Xavier feels very much like part of the family now, which his kiss with Sasha should hopefully cement.
