The first scene of the year is Romeo and Indi frolicking in the sea for what feels like half an hour while Dexter makes crass innuendos about anatomy lessons to April.So if you didn't like these two couples last year, it seems this one isn't going to be an improvement.The scene does at least serve some function in giving the contrast to Bianca, although Romeo and Indi do very little else aside from making some pertinent remarks to Dexter.
Of course, there's a cliffhanger for Heath to be resolved.It hasn't quite got there by the end of the episode although people are in the know.Bianca's first meeting with Kyle provides the episode's biggest laugh, while Brax and Kyle yelling at each other for no real reason provides its most confusing moment.Their team-up playing good cop, bad cop on Jamie is interesting and again shows Brax as the least likable Braxton brother:Jamie becomes the latest character to call him out on his behaviour but it's probably not going anywhere.
