Quite good

Superman is back, and now he knows who Peia is. I liked the episode because in general all reactions were legit and believable. Lois and Clark feel empathy for a fellow cancer patients with a loving husband, Jordan feels he is doing the right thing and he oversteps, Jonathan feels left out and that his brother is messing with his chances to be an everyday hero, Crissy is disappointed Lois is blocking her work, Lana feels alone, Sam feels alone, Sarah reacts like a teenager and then feels guilty, Nat feels his dad is unfair with Matteo, Matteo is shocked by his parents behavior, and John Henry wants justice (or perhaps revenge).

So, all that was on point. There are some minor critics, like why is Jonathan so intense with being a firefighter now or how much time did Sam and Lana spend together while the other had a dinner, a conversation with a sister from another world, a fight and the beginning of the treatment for Peia.

Oh, are they going to save Luthor? That is intriguing.

It's Ok

Live Reaction / Review for Superman & Lois Season 3 Episode 8: I wasn't a big fan of Episode 7 so I really hope this one is better. Jonathan getting closer to becoming a firefighter, that's wholesome. 25 minutes in and pretty much nothing happens. More cancer stuff, more relationship stuff, even Lois' dad will get a girlfriend now and also... some journalism. All these things and the story doesn't move forward or it does move forward but like a turtle. At least they are focusing a bit more on finding good information about Mannheim's dark criminal activities. John meets Mannheim, yes please. Is Peia going to die? Mannheim will be super mad if that happens and he will probably blame the heroes. Ok this was definitely an improvement compared to the previous episode but still not satisfied, I expected more and I expected for the story to move forward. Also this is a Superman show and we dont really see Clark using his powers, pathetic. My rating is 7/10.

John Henry it's the only one that understands

Warning: Spoilers
John Henry is the only one that gets the threat, because now it seems Clark is switching sides sadly. But hopefully the next episode Clark won't waver about the threats. Because it doesn't matter if Peia dies from cancer(as mean as that seems) because people die every day from it. So the heroes shouldn't go easy on her or her husband because they are evil, they are murderers, they should not get off easy because of the cancer. And yes even though his daughter's boyfriend had no clue about his parents, John Henry did make the right call from removing him from his daughters life. At least until they figure out what to do with his parents, then John should let them get back together when they do because Matteo is a good kid, he just doesn't need to be in the middle of all of it more than he already is. Hopefully we'll see improvement in this season.
