A moving love story
lor_11 January 2024
Allherluv presents a touching soap opera starring Pristine Edge as a movie star who falls in love with her personal shopper: I can imagine job applications to work at Macy's going way up after watching this one.

The problem is telegraphed in the title: Pristine is a big star and that means her new partner will have to play second fiddle to her career and the adoration of her fans and the commitments of such a public facing profession.

Aussie star Charlie Forde is a powerful performer, generating panache as the lover who has second thoughts about hooking up with a famous and inherently neglectful lover. I thought of Robert Aldrich's groundbreaking 1960s movies about Show Biz and lesbian themes ("The Killing of Sister George" and "The Legend of Lylah Clare") and appreciated how far we've come in sensitive treatment of this subject matter in both Mainstream and Adult segments of the industry.
