Jackson and April got married secretly. Richard discovered that Jackson and April are back together. Meredith found out that Cristina had sex with Owen last night. Richard and Alex perform Rory's surgery. Rory past away. April and Jackson tell the board that they are married. Owen broke up with Emma.
