- There is a scene in which a group of young boys is shown undressing and showering after a soccer practice. The cuts are short and rapidly-moving, but several of the boys' penises are briefly shown, as are their naked buttocks.
- Earlier in the film, two young boys and one girl are shown walking naked through a field, but the shot is quite out-of-focus and only barely exhibits their nudity.
- The girl is briefly shown from a rear view, sitting on a swing, where one sees her buttocks.
- There is a very brief shot of a boy with his shorts pulled halfway down, where you can see part of his bare buttocks, but again, this is not an egregious shot.
- There is another very short shot of a boy on the toilet, but he has one hand covering himself.
- Towards the end of the film, two boys are shown lying naked upon a dirt floor, but the angle and zoom of the shot only hints at any sort of "lewd" nudity.
Violence & Gore

- There is a scene in which three young children are shown to have returned to their town and their parents, but there is something obviously wrong with them. One is shown to have blood dripping down his leg.
- A later scene involves an old man who does not want children playing around his home. He brandishes a club or a bat wrapped in barbed wire and strikes one of the children, and after this, threatens those who remain with it.
- There are other scenes involving quite a lot of blood: a teacher at the children's school collapses and dies in front of them, due to mysterious circumstances. A protestor/interviewee does the same in front of a television news crew. Toward the end, a man kills a couple of the children in cold blood.
