You are a Kickass spy stopping the evil plans of some Evil Rich Asshole. There is Space Travel, mutants, and You get to put the Boot to a Rich Corporation. But be warned. There are Civilians in this game and you should at least Try not to shoot them.
Duke Nukem was a Brilliant Game with Macho tropes but if you are looking for it's creators to create something a little different. This could be your Jem.
