A norish music video...

... and one I remember well from 1984.

The video is in animated format supposedly taken from the pages of a comic book, and the rather primitive graphics are part of its charm.. It involves a girl (Sugar) and a guy (Nick) who are in love.

When Nick walks into the Flamingo Bar one night, he sees some huge lug with his arm around his girlfriend. Nick says nothing. Sugar says nothing. In fact the big lug - never named - is forcing his presence on Sugar. But it looks like Sugar has dumped Nick when she'd like nothing better than to make the big lug go away.

Why didn't Sugar ask Nick for help? Why didn't Nick ask Sugar to explain herself? Probably because there would not be enough plot to get through the title song.

I recommend this video that takes us back to a simpler time when men dressed in a suit and tie just to hang out at the bar and people could drink heavily and eat burgers and a shake for dinner and not gain any weight.
