- There are some infrequent mild sexual references in rakugo stories, mostly referring to prostitutes/the red light district. One of these stories has a brief crude reference to "whoring".
- Two scenes in a men's bathhouse occur in episodes 9 and 11; much like the ones in the first season, there is no explicit detail other than brief male buttock nudity.

- Yotaro gets into a fight with a man and is attacked. He is shoved into the water, and when he gets out blood is dripping down his face.
- We see a flashback to a man being stabbed; we don't actually see the stabbing, but we see the bloody knife, as well as blood on the clothing of everyone surrounding the incident, including a child. The man and a woman fall into a body of water together, where it is implied they die.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- There is a brief scene in which Yakumo sees a shinigami while doing rakugo alone in the theater, who begins to push him towards death. The shinigami lights the theater on fire, causing Yakumo to almost die. He is rescued, but this scene may be frightening/intense for young viewers.
