Great movie about that rural village school and effort of that newly appointed teacher to do something and also to save the school.

This is an amazing Sri Lankan children's movie. Recommended for any age. Well done. The crew and the location really perfect. Hats off for Hemal Ranasinghe 's performance . Keep up the good work.Good luck

Why can't Sri Lankan movie makers tell a story properly?

Time and time again Sri Lankan movie makers are proving that they cant tell a story properly. This movie's only good bit is the songs. Story wise its a collection of nonsensical group of scenes that has been haphazardly stringed together. The editing in this movie just crap. The camera work and songs are great but even a 2 year old will tell a story properly. Also just because you shot a scene doesn't mean you have to include it in the stupid movie. You can leave out some of the scenes and at least try and arrange the scenes so it makes some sense from one scene to the next.
