Contradictions in character
23 June 2023
Warning: Spoilers
While I enjoyed the episode, it is one of my favorites, I disagreed with some of the characters actions or statements. After Leslie made a pass at Lois, he says he'd hate to think Clark would leave the Planet based on his actions. Why wouldn't the notion be if Clark left, Lois would too? The other part that bothered me was the Massey interviews Leslie set up to keep Clark away from Atlantic City. He has Clark interview a man on Death Row. Clark is against all killings and even if it's by his hands or an accident, he agonizes over it. I would think watching a man be put to death (instead of life in prision) would not be something Clark would want to see and even try to mess with the machines using his laser vision, yet he returns with a better appreciation of life. Superman would protest killing of a person who is already in prison and unable to hurt anyone else.

Not 23 years
12 May 2023
Olivia defending Stabler to Barba is one thing, but get the timeline right. Olivia was partners with Stabler for over 12 years and he left. She had no contact with him until he returned. She hasn't known him for 23 years. In the years since he's been back, their interactions have been limited. A lot can change in a person during the ten years he was away. She can't say she knows him, since almost half that time they had no contact. I think Barba was wrong in defending Wheatley, and Olivia was justified in her feelings. I support her defense of Stabler, but get the time period in defending him right.

Consent required
3 May 2023
I checked the donor box on my DL. I have told loved ones I want to be a organ donor in the event of my death. If someone does not have that box checked, the doctors need to ask family members for permission. If it were my child I'd consent. But that is the issue "consent". Until that child is old enough to make their own decisions, it is up to the parents. No doctor or anyone else has that right. Maybe the parents of the forms she forged would have consented, but she took that choice away from them. She didn't give them a chance to say goodbye before taking their organs without their consent. Lives were saved and that is a good thing, but it it the parents decision.

Mixed feelings
29 April 2023
Warning: Spoilers
As someone who was a Stabler fan, I watched only a few episodes after CM left. I saw then ending to this show years ago but I never saw the episode in full. I recently started watching from the time Stabler left and I am up to Surrendering Noah. Like many others, I was bothered by Bensen's statement about Stabler leaving and how she grew more with him in four years than she did with her 12 with Stabler. Elliot IMO was more supportive and stood by her than Nick, but she couldn't grow as a person, as an officer with Elliot. They were a co-dependent relationship and if he'd stayed, she might have not moved up in the ranks and became Captain.

Court Officer
5 April 2023
Warning: Spoilers
I enjoyed the episode, but I was struck at the naivety of the court officer. Sure, she is young and easily swayed, but it is a stretch that she would risk her job and commit a crime because an accused asked her to and to bug a Judge's office. She had to know it was a crime. She then had sex with the accused because he was so charismatic, and she would do anything he asked. What kind of training do they give these officers where she would pick up a protected witness and deliver him to the accused because she believed all he wanted to do was to talk to him? I hope she would be charged with accessory to murder.

Bad Guys Want Amanda
17 March 2023
Warning: Spoilers
There is confusion on how the bad guys think they can get what they want. This is a smuggling ring where women are on the market to be sold. The head of the ring decides he wants Amanda for himself and thinks she is perfect because she can train the other women. This is not Taken where explain breaking a captive. Without explanation they assume she can "train" these women, be a mother figure to them. Do they think she will be agreeable and go along with them and join their cause? Will they torture her and "train" her? Then the guy who pretends to be blind wants her because she is spirited, but she would be harder to break?

Bothersome Obit
2 March 2023
Warning: Spoilers
I enjoyed the episode but was bothered by the obituary part. Only family posts obits. Only family cancels credit cards. And not the very next day. All her account are closed. It took me weeks to close all the accounts and a few days to prepare the obits for my parents when they passed away. It would have been better if they posted it on a crime beat page and then everyone thinks she is dead. They Then they realize the mistake and then Amanda gets the Agency to print a retraction. They could have even explained putting a freeze on her CC based on the article in the paper. And King is a common name.

A good episode in it's own right, but...
27 March 2022
I wish was more devoted to Jackson Gibbs & Ralph Waite instead of bringing in Rivera as the overused villain wanting revenge of Gibbs. It would have been better it they used more flashbacks and even used old footage from RW earlier days of acting.

Questioning Lois and Clark
20 March 2022
Unless more time has passed why are the fake government going after both L&C since by the 2nd episode only Lois interacted with SM, so why are they going after Clark too?

I watched last season and was thrilled when they decided to un-cancel this amazing show. This episode did not disappoint.
