Red Skelton an actor/comedian of that era once said "if your sick or feeling low and you remember some little thing I said or did and it brings a chuckle(laughter) to your heart then my purpose has been served." It's been years since I've seen this film. I still like the speech she read in the office about the Senator who died or the end of the speech she gave when the hero had to leave as she was ending it.
