People who should costar in a horror movie

Lead female. Character: Daphne Bennett A journalist returning to the town where she was born. When she was about ten or eleven, she moved away with her father after a freak accident (or so it's believed) led to her mother's demise. She befriends troubled Roddy Valentine; neither know that they may have something in common that ties together to a certain night in her past.

Lead male. Character: Roddy Valentine A high school kid who likes hardcore music ranging from Avenged Sevenfold to Nirvana to Black Veil Brides to Rob Zombie himself, and is known to dress rather grungy. His mother always hangs out with a certain group of people every three nights - or so she tells Roddy. Initially finding Daphne to be annoying due to her frequent questions about the town, he eventually confides in her when secrets start coming out.

Character: Phoebe Valentine Roddy's secretive mother. She appears to be a member of a secretive group of people, but she never shares these details with Roddy. ” - smithmight

Character: Nicholas Forsythe The mayor of the town. Attitudinal.

Character: Mike Davidson Daphne's boss.

Character: Jon A classmate of Roddy's. Somewhat off the walls, more outgoing than Roddy, he is very sex-crazed, attracted to older women - even managed to have sex with a fair few - and sometimes imagines hooking up with Roddy's mother, much to Roddy's disgust and disapproval. In fact, he has certain...shall we say, fetishes.

Character: Zack Roddy's closest best friend. He isn't as sex-crazed as Jon, preferring girls closer to his own age. He is also more outgoing than Roddy, but more successful in convincing his friend to have a life. He and Roddy are on better terms with the popular Tracie than the sex-crazed Jon is.

Character: Tracie Popular girl. Somewhat bitchy but isn't selfish... much. Her favorite band is The Pretty Reckless. Despite her bitchiness, she is on friendly terms with Roddy, though less so with Jon. She and Zack are usually the ones who try to coax Roddy out of his comfort zone.

Character: Kale Bennett Daphne's psychiatrist father.

Character: Thorpe Knowledgable of the occult.

Character: Nora Tracie's mother. Is close with Phoebe Valentine, mother of Roddy, and is in the same secret group of people as Phoebe.

Character: Sheriff Linden The town sheriff. Zack's uncle, with whom Zack lives.

Character: Harry Jensen Phoebe's live-in boyfriend. Roddy dislikes the fact that his mother moved Harry into the house without consulting the boy; as such, they have a rather unstable relationship. He and Phoebe go out a lot, often leaving Roddy home by himself, but they never tell him where they go.
