Really good, not great. It feels like it's building to something, in terms of both gameplay and story, but it never really does. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the hell out of the end but it didn't feel like the right summation of what came before.
I should say, the gameplay mechanics never became expertly tricky or fun, they were always good, and the story builds and then kinda flatlines. It's the vogue thing in indie games now it seems.

In 1989, Henry takes a volunteer fire lookout job in the Wyoming wilderness to escape from his troubled past, only to be thrown into plethora of paranoia and mystery.

Solid overall gameplay package. Nothing crazy new, and it never became an outright addiction for me, but I had my fun with it.
4. Pokémon Go (2016 Video Game)
E10+ | Action, Adventure, Family
It's your chance to discover and capture the Pokémon all around. Get your shoes on and explore the world. Pick one of three teams and battle for the prestige and ownership of Gyms with your Pokémon.

Alright so it has problems (or had more, now less). Battles still aren't right. But I haven't stopped playing it, at least in spurts. That says something right?
5. Super Mario Run (2016 Video Game)
E | Action, Adventure, Family
Play as Mario in a action-packed game as you run, jump, and defeat creatures. Mario runs automatically, while a 60 second timer goes off. Defeat Bowser, monsters, goombas, and more.
Director: Takashi Tezuka | Stars: Charles Martinet, Samantha Kelly, Kenny James, Kazumi Totaka

Really fun, and it's the right gameplay avenue for Mario mobile. 10 bucks is probably too much for this gameplay market but still. It's too fun to care. A bit disappointed in its longevity.
6. Dark Souls III (2016 Video Game)

The fire is fading. Darkness creeps across the land. The Lords of Cinder charged with watching over the First Flame have abandoned their thrones. The Champion of Ash, an undead is chosen to return them to their thrones.

E | Adventure, Fantasy
Yarny, a small creature made of yarn, goes on an adventure to find memories.
Director: Martin Sahlin | Stars: Rakel Vinka, Belle Weihs
Votes: 1,040
I enjoyed this but it has its problems. The gameplay mechanics never evolve and they don't always work very seamlessly. The story is pretty typical indie game stuff now -- that is overly sentimental to prove games have feelings too. But I'll be damned if still isn't a little bit touching and sweet.
9. Dead Rising 4 (2016 Video Game)
M | Action, Comedy, Horror
Frank West, and Vick Chu investigate a military compound, situated on the outskirts of Willamette, Colorado, but once inside, they find out the compound is being used for zombie research, and are discovered and forced to flee.
