Here is a list of those I have enjoyed recently. Not a huge fan of Slasher/Torture genre, so mostly supernatural/paranormal. Some are real trashy but I enjoyed them. I have left out some more mainstream movies, such as Poltergeist, The Frighteners etc, which I enjoyed, but were more Hollywood.
