Cynthia Bailey had Real Housewives of Atlanta fans cheering in August when, just four months after finalizing her divorce from ex-husband Peter Thomas, she made her relationship with motivational speaker Will Jones Instagram-official.
But if you ask Bailey about it, though Jones may have “stood out” from the guys she’s met since her divorce, she very much still considers herself single.
“I started dating on my birthday and promised myself I would be single for a year and just date and have fun,” the model, who turned 50 in February, tells People exclusively. “I just came out of a divorce,...

The pair are all smiles aboard a yacht in the selfie, posted Monday. Bailey, 50, also alluded to new love in a snapshot of her strutting down a dock, writing, “He’s got me feeling pretty special.”

As I said before, feature film adaptations of video games have had a bumpy road at best. There have been a few that were financially successful, but the over all quality has been less than wonderful. Duncan Jones, director of the upcoming 'Warcraft', hopes to change that.
Here's what he said to Entertainment Weekly when asked about "breaking the video game curse":
"One thing I would say is that that stigma used to be attached to comic book movies too. It took a generation of filmmakers who loved and were raised on comic books to make movies that you actually cared about and felt something for. I think that’s absolutely the same with what’s going on with videogame movies. I am absolutely of the videogames generation, starting on the Atari and Commodore 64 and the Amiga. I’m a gamer at heart and always have been.

They say it can’t be done. That a great movie can’t be made from a popular video game. Andrzej Bartkowiak’s Doom proved disastrous. Mike Newell’s Prince of Persia was an expensive misfire. Peter Jackson’s Halo never got off the ground. But now the world’s biggest MMORPG (that’s massively multi-player online role-playing game for you n00bs) is getting an adaptation.
Legendary Pictures announced yesterday that Duncan Jones would direct a live-action World of Warcraft film, based on Blizzard Entertainment’s unbelievably successful gaming universe, which was launched in 2004 (ten years after the 1994 release...

It’s no surprise to find that Prometheus is top of the UK Box Office again this past week, with Men In Black 3 and Snow White and the Curiously Accented Huntsman is in third.
The Pact did pretty darn well and went in at 4th but perhaps most impressive was Plan B’s debut feature Ill Manors coming in at number 9 and taking considerably more (around £250,000) than George Lucas’s World War 2 Adventure Red Tails (around £190,000) in the process. Pretty good going for a bleak and grimy Brit Flick.
Both however did considerably better than Simon Pegg’s a A Fantastic Fear of Everything, which limped in at number 20 with takings of just £35,000, helped no doubt by a slew of negative reviews.

It came, it saw, it massively underwhelmed. Nevertheless, despite lukewarm critical reviews, Prometheus shot to the top of the UK Box Office this week, comfortably ahead of Snow White and the Huntsman in second. I imagine Prometheus will have plenty of legs and should be at the top for another week or so yet as people flock to see what all the fuss is about.
The major release this week is Lucasfilm production Red Tails which tells the story of the first African-American airmen to serve in the American army during World War 2. It’s a project George Lucas has had gestating for some time now but he has wisely handed over directorial duties to Anthony Hemingway, an experienced TV director making his first foray into feature films. I can’t see Red Tails challenging the big hitters at the top of the Box Office pile, but it should do...

It came, it saw, it conquered. Taking a massive, £38 at the cinemas, Strippers Vs Werewolves was every bit the success we all hoped and dreamed it would be. The Avengers did alright too apparently. Joss Whedon’s superhero epic more than lived up to the hype and laid financial waste to all before it.
Out this week are a sizable number of releases with the main one being the belated American Pie Sequel, American Pie : Reunion. The whole gang is back together, all grown up and with successful careers, which is ironic given the vast majority of returning actors. Zing.
Also out is the Zac Efron drama The Lucky One, in which the posters assure me he is ‘hotter than ever’. Plus, tense horror thanks to Silent House, 3D vintage animation in the form of Beauty and the Beast and Jason Statham once again flexing his proverbial acting muscles in Safe.

Another busy weeks of cinema releases this week but despite the wide array of movie offerings, there’s clearly one fantastical, latex-clad, cross-over blockbuster which towers above all the others. I am of course referring, to Strippers Vs Werewolves.
Apparently there’s some small, niche movie about a bunch of crazy vigilantes who gang up to fight with one of their mentally disturbed brothers, but I doubt you’ve heard of it.
No, but seriously folks, stitch your sides back together and i’ll level with you, The Avengers Assemble is out this Friday and after the months of trailers, stills, clips and more trailers, the anticipation is as they say at fever pitch. I imagine many of us have tickets booked up for the opening weekend already and after near unanimously positive reviews in the press, expectations are sky high.
As one might expect, few studios have bothered putting...

There’s a lot of new releases hitting cinemas this week with the major ones being kidnap-thriller Gone, Sci-Fi Actioner Lockout and comedy drama Salmon Fishing in the Yemen. The trailer for Gone has been on in cinemas for what seems like months now, and the more I see it, the less interesting it becomes. Lockout looks suitably bonkers and could well prove to be a real guilty pleasure from the sound of reviews I’ve been getting. Meanwhile Salmon Fishing in the Yemen looks like it may be a little too saccharine and mumsy for some tastes, but who knows, the trailer may be slightly misleading.
Of last week’s offerings, it’s Cabin in the Woods which has been receiving all the plaudits with everyone I know who has seen it telling me “don’t let anyone spoil it for you” and “watch it without knowing what happens...

In the January 1999 issue of Empire, the magazine’s big preview of the year only gives a cursory little box in the corner to The Matrix, one of the defining movies of that decade. And The Phantom Menace dominates it. That’s the problem with all the 2012 previews that have been cluttering the interwebs for the last month – the movies that really blow you away are the ones that come out of nowhere.
I’ve particularly noticed a lack of comedies on the these lists, and I suppose that to be expected when it’s one of the few places that mainstream Hollywood doesn’t always rely on pre-existing properties or franchise building (though it would have been awesome if Zach Galifianakis had shown up at the end of Bridesmaids to hype a 2013 crossover…).

Men in Black 3 is shrouded in secrecy, but the first bit of news that can actually be reported is Sony has announced a release date: May 25. The film will arrive on screens in 3D and IMAX 3D.
The first Men in Black film landed in 1997 with its sequel being released in 2002 -- both starring Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones.
We’ve seen on set photos of Smith looking his dapper best in the black suit (remember his line, “but I make this look good?”) along with new acting cohort Josh Brolin, but little else is known about the storyline or the timing of the film. Movie Fanatic has gathered that Men in Black 3 involves some sort of time travel with Smith going back in time to reunite with the Jones character, played in the past by Brolin.
Barry Sonnenfeld is back directing a screenplay by Etan Cohen which promises...

"30 Days of Night" director David Slade, who also helmed this Summer's "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse", is being targeted to direct the new film adaptation of "The Shadow" at 20th Century Fox reports Latino Review.
Previously set up at Sony Pictures, the reboot will go back to the comic book and radio serial roots of the character. Sam Raimi was linked as producer, with this move to Fox I understand that's still the case. Universal released the previous film adaptation in 1994 starring Alec Baldwin.
Slade himself meanwhile has hit an issue with the aforementioned third "Twilight" feature. Entertainment Weekly reports that Art Jones, the editor who has worked with Slade on this and two previous films, has been replaced by Nancy Richardson.
Seems that Jones delivered a cut that the studio found "very good" but they wanted a "stronger edit". Richardson edited Catherine Hardwicke’s original "Twilight" and was brought in...

Variety reports that Renee Zellweger will be reprising her role as lovelorn British publishing executive Bridget Jones for a third installment of the Bridget Jones saga, which so far includes 2001's Bridget Jones' Diary and 2004's Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason. The plot will likely be drawn from a series of weekly columns written for the Independent in 2005 by author Helen Fielding and will probably involve a now-40ish Jones trying to get pregnant before her biological clock runs out. Tell us in the comments section: Would you go see a third Bridget Jones movie?...
