She's immoral and a terrible person, but she's not guilty

Warning: Spoilers
Can't believe she was found guilty. He wanted to do it, he had attempted suicide before even meeting her. He never called 911 to report harassment and never made an attempt to stop her from talking to him about doing it.

He had it planned out, he set it up, he started it, he went along with it, and then, after he got into his truck willingly by HIMSELF, decided to get out. He knows he's not in fear of his life because he doesnt call for help, he doesnt call police or call for an ambulance or anything, he calls Michelle because thats what HE WANTED to do. She just went along with it like all the other times he talked about suicide.

Decent documentary, the defense was pretty terrible and it cost them the case.

No way should texts agreeing with someone wanting to do something be allowed to be turned around and say the text recipient is responsible for the actions of the text sender.

She was never physically there, never physically aided in anything he did, never forced him to do anything he didnt want to do, and never assisted him in anyway.

No way she shouldve been found guilty. Funny how HIS decision to get out of the car and call Michelle.

Still, there is no evidence she ever told him to get back into the truck. None whatsoever.

So be careful next time you joke about suicide, it might come back and cause you to get in trouble for it, even if you never physically did anything and never assisted in the action itself.
