  Sydney Bristow : [She turns to head up to the roof and then turns around back to Vaughn]  Just in case... Yes...

  Sydney Bristow : Yeah, I wanna marry you...

  [They kiss passionately, he opens the ring box, Sydney takes the ring and puts it on] 

  Sydney Bristow : It's perfect. So are you!

  [She begins to cry, and they kiss passionately again] 

  Michael Vaughn : Go...

  Sydney Bristow : I'll see you...

  Michael Vaughn : [Nods his head]  yeah, go ahead, tell me again.

  Sydney Bristow : I love you!

  Michael Vaughn : [sighs]  I love you too.

  Michael Vaughn : I love you Syd. That's why I need to tell you something. Just so there's no secrets between us.

  Sydney Bristow : Okay, whatever it is I can handle it, just don't tell me you're a bad guy.

  [Vaughn goes silent and looks at Sydney] 

  Sydney Bristow : You're not a bad guy are you?

  Michael Vaughn : I guess that depends who you ask.

  Sydney Bristow : Vaughn?

  Michael Vaughn : It's from a long time ago. It's before we met, actually, it's the reason we met. It's no accident that I was the one you came to when you came to the CIA with your story about SD-6.

  Sydney Bristow : Wait, I don't understand, Vaughn... What are you telling me?

  Michael Vaughn : Well for starters, my name isn't Michael Vaughn...

  [There is a pause, before Sydney can respond another car slams into them] 

• Arvin Sloane : [Nadia sneaks up behind Sydney and starts choking her with a chain. Sloane shoots Nadia which releases Sydney]  I had no choice...

  Michael Vaughn : [Vaughn opens the door to the roof]  Sydney, we gotta go.

  [He runs to Sydney who is bent over Nadia] 

  Sydney Bristow : Get her into the elevator.

  [Sloane and Vaughn pick up Nadia] 

  Michael Vaughn : She's still breathing.

  [Vaughn is at the elevator with Nadia in his arms] 

  Michael Vaughn : Sydney, let's go.

  [Sydney cuts the blue wire and runs to the elevator] 

  Arvin Sloane : [Over Nadia in the elevator]  She's bleeding out.

  Michael Vaughn : Put some pressure on her.

  [We see the ball burst and start falling on the building] 

  Sydney Bristow : The device is coming apart.

  [Sloane, Sydney and Vaughn carrying Nadia race towards the bunker door. They get there just in time and shut the door] 

• Sydney Bristow : [Sydney and Vaughn are in the car driving to Santa Barbara, they are very happy]  I had a thought...

  Michael Vaughn : Yeah...

  Sydney Bristow : What if we just blow off the big wedding thing? What if we just do it on the beach?

  Sydney Bristow : What do you think?

  Michael Vaughn : I like it. Barefoot on the beach, you'd look sexy as hell. But wait, what about your dad? He doesn't look like the kind of guy who likes to have sand between his toes.

  Sydney Bristow : That's true, so we won't invite him

  Michael Vaughn : Your father?

  Sydney Bristow : What if we don't invite anyone, we just elope?

  Sydney Bristow : I would love it.

  Michael Vaughn : Alright, then we'll elope.

  Irina Derevko : I saw the ring.

  Michael Vaughn : You know what, you killed my father, the way I see it, I don't need to ask for your blessings.

  Irina Derevko : Despite that, you may have them; along with some advice.

  Michael Vaughn : [Vaughn laughs a little]  Marital advice from you, wonderful, like what, don't betray your spouse.

  Irina Derevko : Yeah, that would be one of them. But even between a husband and a wife, some secrets are acceptable. However your activities are not.

  Michael Vaughn : What are you talking about?

  Irina Derevko : You're not as covert as you'd like to think. Consider my life an object lesson. You don't want to end up like Jack and me, tell Sydney the truth.

• Michael Vaughn : [Vaughn shoots out a control panel]  The relay's blown, check the signal strength.

  Irina Derevko : No good Vaughn, the signal's still broadcasting.

  Elena Derevko : I've planned this for five years. Don't you think I've accounted for every possibility?

  Irina Derevko : Vaughn; Is Sloane with you?

  Michael Vaughn : No; he's not with you?

  Irina Derevko : Get to the roof right now.
