And so it began... *may have spoilers*

Warning: Spoilers
I heard enough about J.R Ewing here and there to be interested and ready for DALLAS that fateful day it aired in my country. And I was taken in immediately by Bobby and Pamela Ewing- LOVED them immediately! Miss Ellie seemed like a reasonable woman and at the time I felt that she would be the first to warm to her unexpected daughter-in-law; especially since she once dated her father, Digger Barnes. Jock Ewing was terrifying but I was relieved when he disapproved of J.R's plan to break up Bobby's marriage. Pamela soon showed her brother-in-law and her ex boyfriend Ray that she was NOT a woman to be trifled with; I was so impressed at the way she turned the tables on Ray by just once simple threat, making J.R see he had definitely underestimated 'the new Mrs. Ewing.'

Warning: Spoilers
Bobby and Pam Ewing return to Dallas. J.R. is mad at Ray because J.R. wants to know how did Bobby end up marrying Pam. Ray tells J.R. how he once brought Pam to a couple of Barbecue's at the ranch and din't know they were getting on that well. J.R. tells Ray he's not standing still for this. Ray talks to Pam and says how they should have married a long time ago. Bobby tells J.R. that Pam is his wife and she's going to remain his wife. Bobby catches on to J.R.'s tricks and tells him was a dumb stupid trick. Bobby tries to kill J.R., but sadly, Pam stops him. Furious at his brother, Bobby leaves with Pam and J.R. tells of how he greatly underestimated Pam Ewing and that he certainly won't make that mistake again.
