Richard Ayoade, famous for The IT Crowd, kicks off his series The Travel Man with Barcelona, with Kathy Burke being his travel companion. Seriously, if there was a biopic about Kathy Burke, then I nominate Kathy Bates to play Kathy. Or vice-versa.
I've seen the later seasons of Travel Man so I'm chuffed (as the British say) to see the early seasons. This was released in 2015, five years before the pandemic shut down much of world travel init.
Anyway, I like Richard's humor, and also his wry observations, and also the contribution of Kathy Burke. I'd like to see Richard travel with Danny Dyer.
