Idk why people complain. It's the only NCIS show I watch. I don't like the others. Love the location and the characters. Almost every episode has its twists and turns. Never boring. Love it.

Best of the NCIS

Great show and episode. But, Agents can't agent!

Our family loves this show. But, sometimes they make the NCIS agents look dumb. We known in real life situations that real life agents find themselves in require precise secession making and tactics. But, easy decisions like, calling for back up, not shooting a suspect who is feeling that is clearly a threat to society, leaving a recent victim alone when a killer is on the loose, etc. All three happened in this episode! There has been a few instances where these guys have made dumb decisions, but, this is a bit excessive and can be frustrating! It does, though, make it more tense. Just unrealistic at times.
ELVIN!

So nice to see Geoffrey Owen got more work out of the attempt to shame him for working at Trader Joe's! I had heard about him getting a recurring part on another show, but based on his profile here he had numerous parts offered. Good for all of the shows who cast this talented actor!

Warning: Spoilers
Gregorio was kind of good as the third highest agent, but this season they are sort of making her the predominant one in the field and it doesn't work with her character's style.
From a medical perspective this wasn't one of the better episodes of this show either.

too many changes and off the wall plots

Warning: Spoilers
Viewers are hit by too many off the wall changes. Don't like that Pride was promoted and is still running the NCIS office. In real life this wouldn't happen, either he is running the NCIS office or doing the job he is suppose to do, makes the story lines disjointed. The doctor treating him wouldn't keep him on the job if he is suffering from PTSD, It would make him dangerous to work with.
From bad to worse

This has always been the worst of NCIS spin-offs but it is sinking to new depths of ludicrousness.
This total nonsense of Pride's flashbacks/visions/hallucinations is pushing credibility too far. No employer would allow someone back to work within weeks of being shot without a full psychological evaluation which he would fail, quite apart from the fact that someone of his age suffering such an injury would have been medically retired whether he wanted to go or not.
I quite often don't last a whole episode as there's a limit to my tolerance of LaSalle's ridiculous accent but this totally daft dream sequence/vision story line needs wrapped up or I will stop watching altogether.
Lazy writing
