Fight Club was a masterpiece,Seven as well.The Game is one of the most underated movies and his recent Social Network even tough certanly not his best work,was critically acclaimed and is propably one of the contenders for this years Best Picture Oscar.Former Music Video Director Fincher is very creativ, likes wide shots,digital effects,low angles and to experiment with the camera in any kind of way.

Dance of the Vampires,Chinatown,Rosmarys Baby and the Pianist for which he finally received his Oscar and the Golden Palm are the best Films of the versatile polish Director. Ghostwriter,Repulsion,Le Loctaire and Tess were also pretty successfull quality films.

The King of the intellectuell comedy has recently finally left Manhatten and start shooting films in Europe. A critics Darling and 3 times Oscar Winner. Manhatten Anni Hall and Hanna and her Sisters are considered as his best film but also recent efforts like for example Vicky Christina Barcelona and Match Point show that he still can deliver quality stuff.
