A ideia de ser um filme sobre prisioneiros de guerra que visa analisar a forma como as estruturas respondem diferencialmente baseado na classe do sujeito preso é interessante. As melhores cenas são as mais próximas ao final do filme quando o fantasma da guerra já havia passado, acho que é possível ser apreciado pela grande maioria das pessoas mas não vejo como um favorito.

Usualmente filmes com 3 horas e meia de duração seriam facilmente ignorados por mim, mas no contexto do desafio, fui obrigado a dar uma chance.
O filme como um todo é muito muito bom, é interessante ver como aprendemos sobre a cultura japonesa e como somos confrontados por essa narrativa que nos é tão pouco familiar mas ainda de maneira tão cativante.
