Dráma megjelölést, véleményem szerint, rengeteg eltérő stílusú filmre ráaggatnak. Az interneten található források szerint "sérült karakterű főhős, jellemfejlődés, belső ellenség" mind a drámák alapvető jellemzői. Így akár a Faun labirintusát is tekinthetnénk drámának. Lehet, hogy így van, lehet, hogy nem, viszont én ebbe a listába azokat a filmeket raktam, amiknek komoly története van, adott esetben szomorúak vagy nehezen emészthetők, és sokszor nem lehet őket más kategóriába sorolni. A lista elkészítése nem volt könnyű, mivel az az IMDb olyan filmeket is drámának jelölt, mint a Tökéletes katona vagy a Christine, amik szerintem erősen távol állnak ettől a műfajtól.
